The Creator

Gerd Haugen Mariniusson is a Norwegian educator with a Cand.polit. degree in Social Science — a six-year university degree comparable to a Master’s level qualification — as well as a Lecturer qualification and university-level studies in Ageing and Elderly Care. She also holds coursework in Educational Technology (ICT in Education) and has practical experience from eldercare settings. Her work combines academic knowledge with real-world practice, and she created this Teacher’s Pack to give educators clear, ready-to-use tools for teaching person-centred communication and foundational care skills.
